Her Eminence Jetsun Kushola, the sister of His Holiness Sakya Trizin and the foremost female teacher of Tibetan Buddhism, bestowed the 21 Taras Initiations according to the Palden Atisha Tradition. Her Eminence also bestowed the Lung (the transmission of the 21 Taras Praise), the Medicine Buddha Initiation and the Long Life Initiation.
Lama Migmar gave meditation instruction on the Green Tara sadhana which included the visualization meditation, different mudra practices and the correct pronunciation of mantra.
